We need 4 contributors (CLOSED)

Anyone that wants to be ascended have to know the rules of the group and reply those questions by a note to the group:

- How many time do you spend weekly on deviantart ??
- How old are you ??
- Do you have good anime culture and know a lot of series, games and films ??

Only when all the contributors will be chossen the votes system will be changed like this:

1 Admin + 4 contributors = 5 persons to vote for 3 votes required

With that way i´ll try to avoid problems of expired deviations because not all contributors will have enough always time to vote

The work of a contributor is:

- Vote the deviations that will appear on his/her notify group zone (house icon) and do it with meditation
- Search for new members, favourites drawings or affiliates (optional)

The benefits of be a contributor are:

- You can choose one of your drawings or journals to appear on a special zone in the group
- Your icon will appear on the admin area widget
- You can invite members (i think) but they need my approvation
- You can send 4 tries to featured per month instead of 2
- You can send 3 deviations to other folders per week instead of 1
- You can suggest to favourites 5 times per month instead of 0

If a contributor is inactive and no vote during more than 2 weeks:

- I´ll have to search new contributor

If is inactive during more than a month:

- I´ll degrade him/her
